At Endurothon Oz, we have one main focus, clean the oceans.
Though it sounds simple, the fact is it’s not. With one garbage truck full of plastic being dumped into the ocean every minute, it is now predicted that by 2050, there will be more plastic than fish in the ocean! This is alarming and pretty scary too.
Our team are committed to making a change in an industry that needs to change. We want to make a lasting change, so here’s what we are doing.
We are:
• Delivering educational programs to primary and secondary schools
• Putting money towards ocean cleaning equipment
• Calling businesses, families and individuals to go single use plastic free (Go Blue)
• Holding beach and community cleaning events
• And More!
Kieren Devisser, our founder, is so passionate about cleaning the oceans that he has decided to run, cycle and kayak 25,000 kilometres around Australia over the course of 350 days.
He not only aims to raise $1,000,000 to clean our oceans, but also hopes to truly make a long lasting change in this world-wide problem.

Though this journey only took me 28 days, it has fun...
